About Zangmo Alexander
Zangmo Alexander has been training for 18 years with Mingyur Rinpoche, Ato Rinpoche and Tsoknyi Rinpoche in the Tibetan Buddhist Mahamudra and Dzogchen awareness meditation traditions.
She was a Buddhist nun for seven years before returning to lay life.
Zangmo also has an 8-week secular training in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy with the University of Bangor.
She is a qualified coach with a University of Cambridge Post Graduate Certificate in Education teaching qualification and a Masters Degree (with Distinction) in Fine Art.

Art and Meditation can be used just for relaxation and well-being or we can go much deeper as part of a committed long-term practice enhancing your spiritual journey.
I work in both the well-being areas and also with practitioners on a spiritual path.
